Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn kernels in an air popper or on the stove and place in a large bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and salt over medium heat. Stir until the mixture is boiling.
  3. Allow it to boil for 4-5 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and carefully stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the caramel over the popped popcorn and stir well to coat.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your sweet treat!
