Description
A delightful dish combining tender steak, garlic, and a sweet and spicy sauce, all wrapped around perfectly cooked pasta.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet. Sear until browned and cooked to your desired doneness; remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes, cooking for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the steak to the skillet, combining it with the sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure you do not overcrowd the skillet when searing the steak for a perfect crust.
