Description

A comforting and hearty taco soup perfect for gatherings, blending ground beef, beans, and spices for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced bell pepper
  • 4 cups chicken or beef broth

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a large pot or Dutch oven. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and broth.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
  6. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Notes
