Ingredients

- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, bell peppers, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve topped with tortilla chips for added crunch.
Notes
To keep avocados from browning, add a little lime juice right after cutting. For leftovers, store dressing separately to maintain freshness.
