Instructions
- Warm up your oven to 350°F and lightly coat two 8×4-inch loaf pans with a flour-infused nonstick spray. Put them aside for later use.
- Allow the grated zucchini to rest in a colander placed in the sink while you proceed with the recipe. Do not squeeze the moisture out.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and oil, whisking them together thoroughly.
