Ingredients

  • 1 cup firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, peas)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden on all sides.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and top with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For crispy tofu, press it to remove excess moisture before cooking. Use day-old rice for the best texture.
