Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
- Serve the tofu and vegetable mixture over cooked rice.
- Top with sesame seeds and garnish with cilantro or green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, press the tofu for at least 15 minutes before cubing. You can marinate the tofu for enhanced flavor.
