Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like cilantro or basil) for garnish
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into strips.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the tofu strips and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
- While the tofu is cooking, prepare the vegetables.
- Lay a tortilla flat and fill it with cooked tofu, bell peppers, cucumber, and avocado.
- Top with fresh herbs.
- Roll up the wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve.
Notes
Allow the tofu to cool slightly after cooking to prevent sogginess in the wraps. Use warm tortillas for easier rolling.
