  • – 1 to 2 cups (240 to 480 g) fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • – 1 cup (100 g) crispy fried onions, crushed
  • – 2 cups (200 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • – 1 cup (150 g) green peas, frozen
  • – 2 cans (312 g each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • – 1 1/2 teaspoons (8 ml) salt

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 400°F to preheat.
  2. In a large bowl, blend together the pasta, tuna, green peas, chopped onion, and mushrooms.
  3. Add salt, pour in the cream of mushroom soup, and mix in 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  4. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
