- 1/4 cup cream cheese (60 g)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thaw the puff pastry sheet if frozen.
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, peas, corn, and chopped onion.
- Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to the mixture.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste; mix well.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
