  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thaw the puff pastry sheet if frozen.
