- 2 pounds of potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, turmeric powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through cooking.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider letting the diced potatoes marinate in the olive oil and spices for about 30 minutes before roasting.
