Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onions, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
- Mix in diced tomatoes and vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
- Stir in orzo and cook until tender, approximately 8-10 minutes.
