Ingredients

- 1 lb ground venison
- 12 large button mushrooms
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems
- Brown venison in a skillet with onions and garlic
- Mix cooked venison with Parmesan and parsley
- Stuff mushroom caps with venison mixture
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until mushrooms are tender
