  • Diced avocado
  • Chili flakes
  • 1 lb lean ground beef (90/10)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for beef)
  • 2 tbsp beef stock (or water)
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for sweet potatoes)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (for sweet potatoes)

Instructions

  1. Air fry the sweet potatoes: Toss diced sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt. Air fry at 400°F for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy on the edges.
  2. Cook the beef: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with smoked paprika, cumin, onion powder, and black pepper. Pour in beef stock and let it cook down until juicy and browned.
  3. Build the bowl: Start with the crispy sweet potatoes as your base. Layer on the spiced beef, then add a generous scoop of cottage cheese and sliced avocado. Drizzle with hot honey and finish off with chili flakes for that extra kick.

Notes

Cut sweet potatoes into uniform sizes for even cooking. Adjust the hot honey according to your heat preference.
