- 1 can (15 ounces) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in the white beans and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
- Add the chopped kale and cook until wilted.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the skillet warm with crusty bread for dipping.
Notes
