- 2 tablespoons (30 g) cold butter
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350º F.
- Coat two 9″x5″ loaf tins with grease and a dusting of flour.
- In a big mixing bowl, blend together the eggs, brown sugar, honey, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Gently fold in the grated zucchini and chopped apple.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared loaf tins.
- Using the same bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon.
- Incorporate the cold butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.
- Distribute the crumbly topping evenly over each loaf.
- Place in the warmed oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is firm.
