  • 1/4 cup (20 g) oats
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) cold butter

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350º F.
  2. Coat two 9″x5″ loaf tins with grease and a dusting of flour.
  3. In a big mixing bowl, blend together the eggs, brown sugar, honey, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix in the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Gently fold in the grated zucchini and chopped apple.
  6. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared loaf tins.
  7. Using the same bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon.
