- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pound bowtie pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through
- Remove chicken and set aside
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth
- Return chicken to the pan
- Combine with cooked pasta and serve
