Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the cottage cheese, almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
For a chewier bagel, try increasing the almond flour slightly. Experiment with herbs or spices for added flavor.
