Description

Delightful and chewy homemade fruit roll-ups made with just three ingredients: fresh fruit, honey, and lemon juice.


Ingredients

  • 46 cups fresh or frozen fruit (600700 g)
  • 46 Tbsp honey (or sugar/sugar substitute)
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice (60 mL)

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruit – Wash, peel, and chop your fruit as needed. Blend it until smooth.
  2. Sweeten and balance – Add honey and lemon juice to the purée. Blend again to combine.
  3. Cook it down – Pour the mixture into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thickened.
  4. Spread and bake – Line two baking sheets with parchment or silicone mats. Spread the mixture evenly on each baking sheet to about 1/8-inch thick.
  5. Dry it out – Bake at 170°F (75°C) for 4–6 hours or until no longer sticky.
  6. Cool and roll – Let the roll-ups cool completely, cut into strips, and roll them with the parchment.

Notes

Choose ripe fruits for maximum sweetness. Adjust honey and lemon juice based on fruit acidity.
