Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

  4. Mix together cooked chicken, creamy rice, cream of chicken soup, Italian herbs, and half of the Colby Jack cheese in a large bowl.
