Ingredients
- Diced chicken
- Creamy rice
- Colby Jack cheese

- Cream of chicken soup

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Mix together cooked chicken, creamy rice, cream of chicken soup, Italian herbs, and half of the Colby Jack cheese in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with remaining Colby Jack cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
