Ingredients

  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk the milk and egg in another bowl until combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
