Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Prepare the creamy avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Drizzle the sauce over the baked salmon when ready to serve.
