Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of each fillet.
