- 4 cod fillets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
For best results, use fresh cod fillets. You can also add spinach or tomatoes beneath the cod for new flavors.
