Delicious balsamic garlic grilled mushroom skewers that are perfect for summer barbecues, offering a wonderful flavor explosion with every bite.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of fresh mushrooms (cremini or button)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
- Mix the minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the mushrooms in a large zip-top bag or bowl, pour the marinade over them, and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the mushrooms onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each one.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until they become tender and slightly charred.
- Brush with reserved marinade during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Remove the skewers from the grill, let them cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, marinate mushrooms for at least 30 minutes, but longer for more intense flavor. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to three days.
