Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl using a fork until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas.
  3. Mix thoroughly until fully combined. If desired, stir in chopped nuts, seeds, or chocolate chips.
  4. Use your hands to form small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
  5. Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
