A delightful banana split pie featuring layers of white chocolate pudding, fresh bananas, and cream cheese, topped with whipped cream and classic banana split toppings.

- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 2 packages white chocolate pudding mix
- 3–4 ripe bananas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- Whipped cream for topping
- Chopped nuts (optional)
- Maraschino cherries
- Chocolate syrup
- Milk (amount according to pudding mix instructions)
Instructions
- Prepare the graham cracker crust (if making from scratch)
- Mix and prepare white chocolate pudding according to package instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and spread in the bottom of the crust
- Slice bananas and arrange over cream cheese layer
- Pour prepared pudding over banana layer
- Chill until set (approximately 2 hours)
- Top with whipped cream, nuts, cherries, and chocolate syrup before serving
Notes
- To prevent bananas from browning, brush with lemon juice or pineapple juice
- Can use sugar-free pudding mix to reduce sugar content
- For homemade pudding: combine 2 cups milk, 4 oz white chocolate, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 1/3 cup sugar, and pinch of salt
- Prepare no more than 24 hours before serving
- Crust and cream cheese layer can be made 2 days ahead
