Description

Grilled chicken skewers marinated in a tangy, spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for family gatherings or outdoor dining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tablespoons sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wood or metal)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the bang bang sauce. Reserve some for dipping later.
  2. Thread the cubed chicken onto the skewers, ensuring even spacing between the pieces.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Brush or drizzle the bang bang sauce over the grilled chicken skewers while they are cooking.
  5. Serve the chicken skewers with reserved sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for deeper flavor and adjust sriracha to taste for more heat.
