Instructions
- Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the bang bang sauce. Reserve some for dipping later.
- Thread the cubed chicken onto the skewers, ensuring even spacing between the pieces.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Brush or drizzle the bang bang sauce over the grilled chicken skewers while they are cooking.
