Description

Juicy chicken marinated in BBQ sauce, combined with sweet pineapple and colorful peppers, grilled to perfection on skewers.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion in a bowl.
  3. Add BBQ sauce and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
