- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine the chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion in a bowl.
- Add BBQ sauce and toss until everything is well coated.
- Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
