Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is well browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the egg noodles, cover, and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
