- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Paprika for garnish
- Fresh chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs as directed above.
- Remove the eggs from the ice bath, and gently peel each one.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise, and place the yolks in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until creamy and well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs for garnish.
Notes
Chill the filled eggs for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors before serving.
