  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground venison and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the rice and stir to combine.

  7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
