- Finally, fold in the grated zucchini. The moisture from the zucchini will help create a wonderfully tender texture. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 60-75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool before slicing into this delightful treat.
