Instructions
- Prepare the sausage gravy: Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up until browned. Drain excess grease, then sprinkle the flour over the sausage, stirring to combine. Gradually add 2 cups of milk, stirring until thickened. Season with black pepper and set aside.
- Set up the pizza base: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the pre-baked pizza crust on a baking sheet and brush it lightly with olive oil, if desired. Spread half of the sausage gravy over the crust to create a flavor-packed base.
- Cook the eggs: In a separate skillet, scramble the eggs with ¼ cup of milk over medium-high heat until just set. Remove from heat to prevent overcooking.
- Assemble the pizza: Spoon the fluffy scrambled eggs over the gravy on the pizza crust. Next, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
- Bake the pizza: Place your assembled pizza in the preheated oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly, creating that perfect, enticing look.
