  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Butter, for greasing the casserole dish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Tear the croissants into pieces and place them in a greased casserole dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants, ensuring they are well soaked.
