- 1 (8 count) tube Pillsbury refrigerated cinnamon rolls (original icing)
- 8 frozen fully cooked sausage links (thawed)
- Syrup for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the tube of cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside for later.
- Slightly smash the cinnamon rolls just large enough to create a small blanket for the thawed sausage links.
- Place a piece of sausage on top of each cinnamon roll and wrap the dough around it.
- Pinch closed with your fingers and place them seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is cooked through and golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes and then drizzle with the icing!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding spices or herbs to the cinnamon roll dough before wrapping them around the sausage.
