A delightful breakfast treat featuring fluffy cinnamon rolls wrapped around savory sausage links, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 count) tube Pillsbury refrigerated cinnamon rolls (original icing)
  • 8 frozen fully cooked sausage links (thawed)
  • Syrup for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the tube of cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside for later.
  3. Slightly smash the cinnamon rolls just large enough to create a small blanket for the thawed sausage links.
  4. Place a piece of sausage on top of each cinnamon roll and wrap the dough around it.
  5. Pinch closed with your fingers and place them seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is cooked through and golden brown on top.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes and then drizzle with the icing!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding spices or herbs to the cinnamon roll dough before wrapping them around the sausage.
