  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel candies, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one by one, followed by vanilla extract.
  4. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Take a spoonful of dough, place a piece of caramel in the center, and cover with more dough.
  7. Shape the dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden and centers look slightly underbaked.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
