- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in diced apples and cinnamon. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and use a knife to swirl it into the cheesecake.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into bars.
- Serve chilled with additional caramel sauce drizzled on top if desired.
Notes
Select apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp for the best flavor. Let the bars cool completely before refrigeration to set properly.
