- Separate eggs, ensuring no yolk in the whites.
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Mix cauliflower with egg yolks, cream cheese, and salt.
- Gently fold egg whites into cauliflower mixture.
- Shape into rounds on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake until golden brown and firm to touch.
Notes
- Ensure cauliflower is completely drained to prevent flat bread.
- Beat egg whites until peaks don’t fall when bowl is tilted.
- Can use frozen cauliflower if properly thawed and drained.
