- 1 pound of ground beef
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 cups of beef broth
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat and drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until soft.
- Stir in diced potatoes, beef broth, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until the potatoes are tender.
- Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar, stirring until melted and combined.
- Stir in cooked bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
