Ingredients

- 2 cups leftover rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, garlic, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
