Deliciously fluffy bites filled with chicken and cream cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and pinching the sides to seal.
  6. Place the filled pillows on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

For a quicker assembly, use leftover rotisserie chicken. Consider sautéing onions for added flavor.
