Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch to create the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until just tender.
- Pour in the sauce and stir until everything is well coated and the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
