Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch to create the sauce.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until just tender.
  6. Pour in the sauce and stir until everything is well coated and the sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot over cooked rice.
