  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, butter, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the cooked linguine and half of the parmesan cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top with the remaining parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
