- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, butter, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Fold in the cooked linguine and half of the parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
