Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ribeye steak
  • 2 Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the ribeye steak against the grain.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onions, and stir-fry until tender.
  6. Add minced ginger and garlic, and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Return the steak to the skillet.
  8. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the steak and vegetables.
  9. Stir everything together and cook until heated through.
  10. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

Ensure to slice the ribeye against the grain for tenderness. Garnish with sliced scallions or sesame seeds for added flavor.
