Ingredients

- 1 lb Ribeye steak
- 2 Bell peppers, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Thinly slice the ribeye steak against the grain.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onions, and stir-fry until tender.
- Add minced ginger and garlic, and cook for an additional minute.
- Return the steak to the skillet.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the steak and vegetables.
- Stir everything together and cook until heated through.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Ensure to slice the ribeye against the grain for tenderness. Garnish with sliced scallions or sesame seeds for added flavor.
