  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil (15 milliliters)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) crushed peppermint candies (about 50 grams)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, beat 8 ounces of cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar and mix until combined.
  5. Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract.
  6. Add 1 large egg and beat until smooth.
  7. Fold in 1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
  8. Spoon the mixture into small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let cool completely.
