Instructions

  2. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat sugar and vegetable oil until smooth in another bowl. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and zucchini.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth in a separate bowl.
  6. Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan, then swirl in the cream cheese mixture, and top with the remaining batter.
