Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
  2. Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes, ensuring all pieces are coated.
