Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Mix the melted butter and brown sugar until combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl and sprinkle it on top of the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
