Instructions

  2. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  4. Combine the melted butter, milk, eggs, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract in a separate large bowl, whisking until smooth.
