- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

- Combine the melted butter, milk, eggs, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract in a separate large bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined to maintain fluffiness.
- Evenly divide the muffin batter among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.

- Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Dip the tops of the warm muffins into the cinnamon sugar mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Return the muffins to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes to crisp the tops, keeping a close eye to prevent overbaking.
