- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups: Flatten each slice of bread, spread melted butter, sprinke with cinnamon-sugar mixture, and roll tightly.
- Cook the Roll-Ups: Dip each roll in the egg mixture and cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
